Petra Kravos is a healthy living enthusiast whose both parents died of cancer.
This was one of the main reasons why she started her blog.
On her blog she doesn't only share her personal healthy living journey but also
detailed health articles linking to evidence-based research.
Petra strongly believes in a holistic approach to health. A healthy lifestyle is not
only about healthy eating and exercise, it's also about natural living, avoiding
everyday toxins and much more.
Petra is a digital marketer, cyclist and a flexitarian.
