About my blog
Georgia's BritVoyage is a family friendly, dog friendly, UK travel and lifestyle blog, aimed at young parents and dog owners who love to get out and about in the UK. Therefore, our readers are predominantly female and living in the UK.
On the blog, we primarily share ideas for travelling in the UK. These include walking routes, attractions, and bar, restaurant and accommodation reviews. We aim - as much as we can - to focus on those which are family and dog friendly.
We also write about lifestyle topics including parenting tips, home design, book reviews, and seasonal ideas.

About me
I am a qualified English teacher and Head of PSHEE in a secondary school, splitting work part time with blogging and caring for my very assertive, one year old daughter. I achieved a BA in English Literature from University of Westminster in 2014, and have fostered a love of writing and reading ever since. Last year, I started writing my first novel.
When I am not writing or teaching, I aim to explore Essex and the UK with my family and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We particularly enjoy walking and hiking, but I also love visiting historical and cultural attractions - after all, education is in everything! All of this is channelled into Georgia's BritVoyage and I would love it to become a household name in the UK.
