About my blog
I run a blog with a wide spectrum of in-car safety, safety tips, reviews and advice. I specialise in extended rear facing car seats, but also include other topics on my blog. I have collaborated with several of the markets big car seat manufacturers and I have also acted as an expert advisor for online articles.
Many of my social media posts have gone viral which has resulted in several online mentions as well as being able to educate parents/grandparents/childminders/carers to the importance of in-car child safety, helping families and saving children's lives.

I have completed the ‘Advanced Child Car Seat Training Course’ at TRL (Transport Research Lab) and I am a CPD accredited car seat expert who specialises in 'extended rear facing car seats'. My blog; 'A Rear Facing Family', is one passionate mum's blog about in-car safety, car seats, tips, reviews & advice. Dedicated to offering information about all areas of in-car safety and ensuring that all children get the safest ride possible. A Rear Facing Family strives to inform parents, caregivers and others about the many choices available, and the benefits of extended rear-facing (ERF) car seats.
