The factory in Reggello, Tuscany, where Valoriani ovens are manufactured, using experience of working with clay and refractory brick products that dates back to 1890. Valoriani ovens are renowned throughout Italy and are constructed from unique 'cotto' clay from the Valoriani family quarry. This is superb quality clay, which is the basis of the longevity and reliability that no other pizza ovens can match.
