Mummy Matters was born out of a need to keep the grey cells working whilst on maternity leave with my daughter in 2009 and evolved into the magazine-style blog that it is today.
I blog most days with a focus on family life (the good, bad and ugly), days out, crafts, travel, food, style, health & beauty, homes and the brands we love. If it's a part of our lives, it's in the blog.
As a blended family with 1 daughter and 3 sons between the ages of 4 and 16 we love to get outdoors and stay active. We have just added a 2 year old cocker spaniel to the mix so I think we'll be spending a lot more time outdoors in the coming months.
My readers are predominantly female between the ages of 25 and 44.

Hello!! I'm Sabina - blogger, freelance writer, wife, step-mum and mum to four amazing children (my Beans).
In my former life I worked in Solicitors for over 10 years and latterly the Motor Trade for 6 years until becoming a stay at home mum.
I began blogging in 2009 as a hobby, an online 'memory book' for my family. Over time this has developed into my business and a way for me to continue to stay at home for my family. Blogging has lead to some amazing opportunities for all of us and I love being able to write, work on my photography and keeping those grey cells working.
Sabina is one of the most proactive and creative bloggers I've had the pleasure of working with, which has included an advocacy campaign for Boots and content creation for Coca-Cola. She always responds to ideas with constructive feedback and is willing to take on projects at short notice, making her a digital marketeers dream! It goes without saying that she's passionate about blogging, social media and the subject of parenting, and this comes across in her writing.
Sabina and I worked together on the Butlins Ambassadors blogger programme, and Sabina's blog posts were always detailed, honest, aesthetically pleasing and well written. It was a pleasure to work with her and I'd happily collaborate with Sabina on more projects in the future.
Sabina and I have worked together for 4 years, she has always been a pleasure to work with. Sabina always offers a solid, fair and considered view. If a campaign or brand doesn't quite hit the mark, she won't just say no - she'll come back with questions, ideas and a point of view 'have you thought about doing it this way'. She is also reliable to a tee - if Sabina says she will be there, she will be
