Hi, I'm Nic, I'm a health & travel blogger based in the Chiltern Hills of Buckinghamshire.
I have been blogging for about 8 years now, mainly food content, since my diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes in 2016, I have branched into health & travel blogging. This has given me an insight into the health & well-being that having a long-term health condition gives you.
