Typically, Media Requests focus on contributions to articles, case studies, interviews, reviews and competitions. These requests offer additional means of ‘earned’ media exposure for your business / client.

Your account dashboard streams these targeted Media Requests whilst alerting you by email the moment a new matching request is posted on Ace Media.
Through the dashboard, you can sort requests in order of the latest or by the request deadline.
Responding to the journalist
We provide an intuitive interface to compose your response.
Using the images within your Product Gallery you can avoid repetition and save time. The previously authored price point, description and stockist information is automatically carried across with any images you include with a media request response.
Each request deadline is defined by the journalist. At deadline Ace Media archives the request and notifies the journalists of all the responses from our subscribers.
Your response reaches the journalist via their dashboard and through a summary email.

Why draft a request seeking product if Ace Media already has appropriate product in the Product Gallery?
For this reason, we direct media to search the Product Gallery. In turn, any search triggers Fetch to notify you in case your gallery lacks fitting products.
After this stage, the media can then opt to post a product request if they should choose.
We believe putting emphasis on Product Gallery searches is a more logical way to aid journalists source product related content.
Other requests
Your dashboard will therefore be concentrated with other requests.
Journalists and Influencers looking for expert comment, case studies, lifestyle stories, reviews or competition requests, as well as notifications of awards.
Ongoing communications
The entire request and response process is managed through Ace Media.
Should the journalist or influencer require further information, they are able to contact you directly through the contact details we pass to them.
Activity insight
If the type of request requires you to include files or high-res images, the Activity feature will confirm if those assets were downloaded.
Every response is collated for the media for more streamlined delivery and equates to a view.
Measuring the success of Media Requests is generally signified by future contact directly by the Journalist or Influencer.
